I want to let you now what an asset John is in the parts department. He is super acknowable on parts, ie toilet, surge protector etc. because I am coming from Northern California. Ronnie Bock Service Department puts the S in Service! This week we had side cameras installed in our motorhome at Ronnie Bock's. We couldn't find any one in Austin to do the camera install. We made an appointment with John for the installation and provided the cameras, etc. John recommended restaurants and things to do in Kerrville and a staff member gave us a ride. The service team saved us $500 on an interior modification. John picked us up after lunch and showed us how the cameras worked. The technician Kelly even checked the air in our tires! Ronnie BocK Service is very professional and we highly recommend them!

What a great place to do business! Many stores struggle to attain high levels of customer service but at Kerrville RV excellent service and customer satisfaction is just in their nature. We had an A/C problem on our 2007 Airstream and the Kerrville RV parts department actually had a thermostat IN STOCK for our trailer. I later installed the thermostat only to find it did not cure the problem. After visiting with Todd and Kelly I brought the Airstream in for repairs. They even went so far as to help me do a diagnosis over the phone and then they pre-ordered parts without even looking at the issue! Try that with any other dealership! After bringing the trailer to their service department, I receive a call from them a short time later informing me that the problem was only a blown fuse that was located in the A/C unit. Get this...they refunded my money for the thermostat, did not charge me for the pre-ordered part and referred me to another vendor for a brake problem that I was not aware of! What more can I say? You cannot go wrong doing business with people like this! Todd, Kelly, John and everyone else we met at Ronnie Bock's Kerrville RV were an absolute pleasure to deal with. We brought our RV into the service department for some minor warranty issues, a broken window replacement and to have additional solar panels installed. All of the issues were taken care of promptly and with excellent service. The service manager, John, even made an appointment for us at a local glass place to have our window repaired...service clearly above and beyond the norm. The entire service department were complete professionals and great to deal with. I would highly recommend them for any RV service work.

Ronnie Bock's Kerrville RV is the REAL DEAL ,a true family run dealership!
After quite a few really bad experiences with mega dealerships, Mafia type alleged family run dealerships and being out and out lied to I had almost given up on my bucket list RV. I found a RV online at Kerrville Rv that would be perfect. I called and spoke with David their sales manager, I told him about my previous horrible encounters. David put me in touch with Bill who turn out to be just a sincere great guy. We discussed many issues about the RV during these conversations and in time I really felt comfortable with their sincerity. After we agreed on all conditions I booked a flight from LAX to Texas. Just as they had promised a limo
showed up early at my hotel and drove me to Kerrville RV. I had no sooner exited the car and Bill was there to greet me. Because of my previous experiences I asked Bill if I could check out the RV as soon as possible. Bill had a very pleasant and comforting nature and took me right to the RV I was interested in.
It was love at first sight, my bucket list dream had come true. The rigg was just as promised. Bill introduced me to Keith who would be walking me through all the aspects of the RV. Bill and I went for a test drive up the freeway, and on a few curvy mountain roads, she performed beautifully.
At the office Shannon greeted us and we started the paper work. Shannon was so helpful there was no problem big or small she couldnt solve. Keith did my walk thru patiently making sure I fully understood everything. Keith gave me his cell number which really came in handy. On the way back to California I had questions and Keith always quickly assisted me. Everyone I interacted with at Kerrville RV were Honest Godly people, walking the walk, caring for the customer. Although I never got to meet Ronnie Bock, if I had I would say thanks for the great team you have the honor of working with.

This best the best and most friendly RV dealership that we have dealt with after several years of RVing and purchasing four RVs.We flew in from Florida and they had a limo meets at the San Antonio airport. After we purchased our RV they gave us a free night at a wonderful RV resort. All of our negotiations wee done over he phone and on the internet. The technician spent several hours with us going over the mechanics of the RV and answering all of our questions. Since the purchase we have ordered several parts through their parts department and they are still taking good care of us.This is a great family dealership and we are happy to be their friends.

We would like EVERYONE to know how happy we are with the used Itasca motorhome we purchased at Kerrville RV. We found the motorhome on-line and exchanged e-mails about trading. When we felt we were ready to talk to someone, we had the pleasure of talking to Ronnie. We were able to make a deal on the phone. We were not able to make in the Texas for 3 more weeks. When we arrived in Kerrvile we were welcomed by Todd Bock. We were amazed at how wonderful everyone at the RV dealership treated us, from Todd, Ronnie, Marsha, and Kari in the office to Kelly, BJ, and Rich in the service department. We were treated well even after we had signed the papers on the RV. During the walk-through we found a few problems, some minor, some major, but they were promptly and willingly taken care of. We have never dealt with a more caring dealership, whether automotive or RV. These people are great!We will spread the word to anyone looking for a new or used RV. Dear Ronnie:I wanted to inform you of my recent RV maintenance experience with your dealership in Kerrville. I recently purchased a new Winnebago Tour from another dealer and drove it to Kerrville, Texas to visit friends.Upon my arrival in Kerrville, I found that I had several electrical issues with the coach. Being new to motor home ownership, I had no idea what was wrong and also had no idea where to turn for help locally. Through a friend, I found out about your dealership and turned to the folks there for help, and or advice...whichever I could get! My first contact on the telephone was with BJ in the service department. She was quick to inform me they would do everything they could to quickly resolve our electrical problems. I drove the coach to Kerrville and your staff went to work. Kelley Hanks quickly diagnosed the problem...bad batteries. That afternoon we started looking for assistance from Winnebago to replace the batteries. BJ was very conscientious in pursuing a resolution...even on a day while she was home sick! Now, that is customer service. The next day, new batteries were delivered and Kelley installed them. He also cleaned up the battery acid mess in my battery trays and painted them before installing the new batteries. Problems solved. Kelley also generously shared his knowledge with us about several technical questions we had about electrical systems, hydraulic systems and operating techniques. Since then, I bought a new dinghy vehicle and Kelley rigged it for towing. He did a very professional job and thoroughly briefed us on towing hardware and procedures. Kelley had been in the RV maintenance for many years and knows RV systems inside and out. He has a wealth of technical knowledge and skill. He has been working with your dealership over 17 years, which says a lot about him as an employee, and you as an owner and boss. Congratulations on your recent selection as a Winnebago dealer. Winnebago, and Winnebago customers are fortunate to have you as a dealer in the Winnebago network. A lot of dealerships sell RV's but not all of them deliver service in equal proportions! You, and all of your staff, made us feel welcome...and treated us like valued customers. I can assure you, that you have made us loyal customers. I want to compliment your Service Department on the way they responded to a problem that I had on my Alfa Fifth Wheel on Dec. 29, 2000. after it had been repaired.While towing the fifth wheel back home down Junction Highway, I recognized that there was a serious problem, and pulled off the road. Coincidentally, Kelly Hanks was passing in the opposite direction and saw my predicament. Kelly turned around and came back to offer his help. He phoned to get the proper tools brought to the site, and sent me on my way, assuring me that he would take care of the problem. He then towed the RV back to the Service Department.On Jan. 2, I came to pick up my RV, not knowing what had gone wrong. Danny Lena was so very helpful in explaining to me what had happened, answered all my questions, and assured me that the problem was repaired, and "all systems were checked and ready to go."I have always received only the highest quality service from your Service Department. Your employees have been courteous and knowledgeable with every problem they have solved. I especially want to thank Kelly Hanks and Danny Lena for going the extra mile with all their help.

Our slide failed enroute to SoCA in Fredrickburg. John Gilbert was very helpful and able to work us in for service. Kelly, the service tech was great, undestood the problem and made the necessary repairs. Upon completion he let us know that the slide was slightly out of adjustment, as appoased to letting us figure it out down the road, but he knew it was safe and we were in a hurry to move on and I think he was also.
All the people we met there from Ronnie, the owner his son and daughter, the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Hopefully we can stop on our way back east to have the slide adjusted and put this one behind us.
